Babysitting 9 year old boy ?

Ive been watching this boy for a week I watch him Tuesday-Friday. He doesn't really talk! Whatever I ask him he just says yes no or ok. I've babysat alot so please don't give me babysitting tips. When he wakes up we are usually just sitting here for like an hour watching tv and he plays on his nintendo or xbox. He doesn't talk unless I ask him first. We play board games sometimes but I really don't know what else to do because he's so quiet and it's awkward asking him things. But I have to be here for so long I really don't want to just keep sitting here! He doesn't really like going outside or arts and crafts or cooking. I watch him from 7:30-5:30 ten hours so lease give some suggestions. But please don't be dumb. We can go places but there aren't many places to go and we can't really go on a walk cause where he lives and we don't have anything to talk about since he doesn't talk much!
