Has anybody water broke with their Second child but not their first?

Ok well I am 39 Weeks today. With my first son he was so stubborn. He did not want to do anything when I went I was one cm..My water did not break with him I was induced o they broke it...This one I am 39 weeks and no dilation..Has anyone water broke with their second son but not the first??Just wish it was over lol do not want to wait 3 more weeks
