Is this a thyroid or adrenal issue? Please help 10 points!?

the insomnia and "mania" may be thyroid related, the other symptoms wouldn't seem to be in any direct way, however, all may be from the same basic cause-spinal cord impingment from upper cervical subluxation. see an hio method upper cervical specific chiropractor. (try to ignore psycho. apparently he can't get his head out of the female anatomy, maybe that's how he got his name).
