Are all quiet girls considered weird ?

I am not talking about a girl who always has her head in a book.But a girl who really only minded her own business and didn't talk at wrong times or about people in a negative way or anything like that.But do you think people would find her weird if a girl who many people knew like her name and what her extracurricular activities were but she really didn't talk that much.
