Transformations of e^x help?!!!?

for the first equation you are dilating the equation by 1/2 and moving to the right by 3. as well as moving up by 2. so now you now if you started at (1,e) you are now at (4, 2+e) and just dilated. remember e^x looks like a curve in the first quadrant coming in to the second
