to your first question, even though you already talked to your doctor and she agreed I still would write the note only because where i'm from (ohio) they wont tie ur tubes unless u r 21 with 3 children or your 25... So yes I would write the note just in case!! then for you're second question, they will keep you in labor as long as your water does not break, but if your water does break they have up untill 24 hours to take the baby out so it really just depends. But yes you are at higher risk to have a c-section if you have scar tissue on you're cervix..
