Can my teacher go to jail for saying this to me?

A few weeks ago, I stayed after school pretty late and me and one of my friends ended up hearing my math teacher say some pretty inappropriate and sexual things about me. So basically for the last month or so, I've been totally avoiding him and counting the seconds until math class was over (which sucks because I used to love math). After some serious pondering, I decided that I should tell an adult about the situation and I went to her last Friday, which turned out to be a huge mistake. Today was the last day for me and my graduation is tomorrow. After school, me and my friend go hang out at the smoothie shop 3 blocks from school. She went to the bathroom and "he" was there. When she left the table and was out of sight he walked over to me, sat down and said "Makayla, if you had such a problem with me, why didn't you just tell me?" I can't believe that stupid counselor actually used my name, I mean a 4 year old could have did a better job. I told him to go away and he touched my hand and said "I would never want to do anything to hurt you or make you feel uncomfortable. You're were my favorite student and I'm sorry if I made you feel sad." I said okay and then he got up, leaned into me and whispered in my ear and said "but you're not my student anymore." I was like wtf does that mean and he just winked at me and left. The whole thing was pretty f***ing creepy and now I'm scared. I mean, he has access to my records and he could find out where I live and where I'm going to college. What if he follows me or something? I don't even want to see him tomorrow but I know he'll be at graduation. I told my friend Jenna what happened after she came back and she said I needed to tell my parents and I will as soon as they get home but I'm scared. I mean, did he do anything illegal?
