How to make my water break? Iam 4cm/80%/0 station.?

I have been to the hosp twice this week. My dilation has progressed from 3Cm's to 4Cm's. The Dr's at my hospital dont induce/break waters until the patient is at least 39 weeks. I am 37 weeks and 3 days. I know that labor is coming soon, but as the time progresses I get more and more miserable. I am looking for easy ways to get this going.I live 30 mins from the hospital and went VERY quickly with my first after my water had broken. So the more control I would have the better. If my water breaks they will let me deliver. My son is approximately 7lbs and 3oz right now.(via US taken yesterday) He is my second. Help!
