At the 20 week scan we were told out baby has renal pelvic dilation should we be worried?

After our scan and renal pelvic dilation being diagnosed I checked out the web and they say it is linked to downs syndrome. All other checks were normal and the earlier blood test showed up as low risk. Should we be worried?
