Did my water leak? please help?

im 37 weeks tomorrow last week DR. said no dilation but was cleaning up my son's toys on the floor and had a decent amount of discharge enough to change my liner and all... not to be tmi been a bit crampy and just in a bad mood little boy is moving and i fell ALOT of pressure all over my belly also have had sharp pains in my vag region again sry for tmi.. this is my second pregnancy my first i wall induced from 0cm to delivery and no dilation.. not sure what to do thanks.
