Does this guy at church like me?

So theres this really cute guy at my church. He's a year older than me (17) but I think he's really cute. He seems to always notice me once I get there and he starts to smile at me, and sometimes I'll catch him looking at me and then he'll turn away really quickly. I don't know him at all but I have found him on facebook (I feel like such a stalker)haha. We both go to different highschools so I only see him every sunday. I can't stop thinking about him. He just seems different than all the other guys at my school. What should I do? Should I make a move or let him come to me? I tend to be really shy and quiet but I have been trying to be a bit more flirty with him. any advice?
